A private yoga retreat tailored to each season. We’ll start with movement and exploration - a fall foliage hike, a quiet snowshoe to a private yurt, an exploratory walk to find the spring blossoms, or a stand up paddle board session. From there we’ll roll into a custom yoga session that matches the tone of the day. We’ll include journaling, meditation, and discussion when applicable.
