Join me on the table.
Do you wait until you've been injured before getting a massage? Why wait? Massage can go beyond a space to relax; it can help your body overcome movement limitations and imbalances. Regular massage can also help you increase your range of motion and be an excellent addition to any training regimen, whether you're a weekend warrior or training for your tenth marathon.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a manual therapy that works to release adhesions and tension held in the fascia, tissue that connects organs, muscle, and skin in a weblike structure. It can assist with chronic pain patterns and support injury recovery. Little to no lotion is used during these sessions, which helps stretch and release the fascial tissues.
-
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is beneficial for relieving lower back, shoulder, and neck pain that occur as the center of gravity shifts with the growing baby. It can also help relieve fatigue and ease fluid retention. At this time, all prenatal sessions are side-lying.
-
Custom Massage
Using a combination of deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, sports massage, and deep tissue strokes we will design the perfect massage for you. Each session is designed for you, by you.
-
Yoga & Massage
In these sessions, we will co-create a stretching routine that addresses your body. Half of the session is dedicated to yoga and movement and half the session is a targeted massage. We’ll practice stretches during our session that you can also take home.
-
Relaxation
If your main goal is to relax then this session is for you. Gentle to medium gliding strokes and optional aromatherapy will help you drop into your body. If you would like a longer relaxation session, you can fully customize your session by adding on hand, foot or scalp treatments. The seasonal hydration wrap is also a great way to unwind.
-
Targeted
Targeted massages are designed to assist you with a certain injury/condition. If you suffer from migraines, plantar fasciitis, or carpal tunnel syndrome, please reach out to schedule a 30 minute session. Some shoulder, neck and hip conditions can also be worked on during a 30 minute session.
