Massage & Yoga for Better Movement
Do you wish you were a little more mobile? Are you recovering from an injury? Just want to add some stretching to your routine? This program uses myofascial release techniques and targeted stretching to help you achieve your movement goals. Included in the package is a thirty minute goal setting session, in which we will review what you want to accomplish and identify any restrictions.
