Let’s Play

With over 750 hours in training, my yoga background is much like a rich stew.  My first teacher training gave me a solid foundation in pranayama, meditation and alignment.  From there I studied bikram, vinyasa sequencing, restorative, yin and ashtanga. 

My practice is deeply rooted in mindful movement and play.  Using these principles, we will move with grace and strength in the studio, so that you can bring fluidity and ease do your daily activities.

Summer Yoga Events

  • Friday Mornings @ Yoga Lab

    Join me at the Yoga Lab for a vinyasa style class. We’ll explore movement with breath, incorporate longer holds, and add sequencing to increase mobility.

  • Yoga for Ski and Ride

    Yoga for Ski and Ride is a strength based vinyasa class to help prep you for your favorite winter activities. The first 4 classes are anatomy based and include, myofascial release, strength, balance and mobility. The last 3 classes are strong flows building on the earlier classes. Classes meet on
