In this three part series, we will explore three different types of yoga and several different massage techniques.
During week 1, I will lead a hatha yoga class and incorporate massage balls to work the fascia, the soft tissues that surrounds our muscle.
Week two, we will relax deeply into a restorative yoga class, using pillows, blankets and blocks to support each posture. I offer hands on compression massage, similar to a chair massage throughout the class.
In week 3, the final class, I will guide the class into a yoga nidra meditation. We will use hot stones to provide an additional layer of grounding.
This class series is designed for all levels.
