Were you out on the slopes all weekend? Sunday afternoons was where I started my yoga practice, almost twenty years ago. I played hard all weekend and hit my mat on Sunday afternoon to stretch and unwind. I’m very excited to have the opportunity to teach at this time! This will be a relatively gentle flow class.
