Pop Up SUP Yoga

My favorite class ever!! We start with a circle of introductions; a short paddle and then we anchor our boards, so that we can practice yoga without worrying about floating away! Class includes an introduction to the board and equipment if you’ve never paddled before. All yoga postures can be modified. Swimming is optional! Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga classes are BYOBoard … except for one; I have one board you can rent.
