Yoga for Ski and Ride is a six week series that focuses on a different set of muscles that we use for skiing and riding. It is a strength based flow class.
Week 1: Calves and Feet: Yoga like you’ve never done before! This whole class will be about the lower half of our leg. This class uses the massage balls to bring awareness to the foot and calf and is a little more of a hatha style class.
