Yoga for Ski and Ride

Yoga for Ski and Ride is a six week series that focuses on a different set of muscles that we use for skiing and riding. It is a strength based flow class.

Week 3: Hips and Hammies Tonight we will strengthen and stretch parts of our upper leg and hip. Again, massage balls will help us drop in a little deeper to the body.
